Are your team thriving or surviving at work? A recent Deloitte report revealed that the cost to employers of poor mental health is on the up. Now more than ever, its time to get confident in creating positive conversations around mental health and wellbeing at work.
At Vista people stories are our entire business, and so we feel passionately about our ability to support employers in achieving this. That’s why we are thrilled to announce a new partnership with our friends at Thrive Mental Wellbeing – one of the UK’s leading innovative and comprehensive mental health providers who are making waves globally, helping organisations to deliver confidential digital therapy and mental health support through their NHS-compliant app.
Vista and Thrive will be working together to help employers and HR professionals gain the knowledge, skills and tools they need to better manage mental health and wellbeing at work.
We’ll be tackling sensitive topics to help employers deepen their awareness and understanding around topics such as addiction, trauma and mental health crisis in the workplace; alongside providing practical management techniques and training to ensure employers can manage mental health effectively, and with empathy.
How can you get involved?
The first step in our collaboration together comes in the form of three webinars, hosted by our industry experts, Tracey Turner and Katrina Thomas. You can meet them below.
