Case Study with Reckitt


 At Reckitt, we identified a critical challenge: employee relations (ER) cases weren't being managed consistently, creating real difficulties for both employees and the business. To understand the issues in depth, we ran listening groups at their Hull site, gathering direct insights from managers. These insights shaped a targeted solution – a series of modules focused on dignity at work and ER fundamentals.

The results have been transformative. By starting with the executive team, who committed to leading by example, we secured genuine leadership support that cascaded throughout the organisation. Senior leaders have reported tangible improvements in how ER cases are now handleddirectly attributing these gains to the training intervention. 

The programme has established a common language across teams, equipped managers with the confidence and skills to handle sensitive situations effectively, and created a culture where employees feel genuinely supported. The overall outcome is a more respectfulproductive workplace where people can thrive and continue to the organisation’s success.
