A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for leading and managing change effectively. During this session, our leadership experts will explore why change feels like such a rollercoaster ride for people, we’ll look at the change curve to help your team understand the journey people may be going on, and then we’ll delve into various models which will help us to understand an manage behaviours during change. By the end of the day, your team will be able to identify actions to minimise the impact of change on your people and your organisation.
