Performance Culture: Leadership Skills & Leading Others Training Programme
A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles, leadership skills and techniques for leading others. Kicking off with and exercise to explore the difference between management and leadership, we’ll use group activities to focus in on the key elements that leaders need to balance, to effectively lead a team. Your delegates will leave with a clear understanding of how to flex their leadership style to meet the development needs of their people.
