We were proud to be the first organisation to achieve the British Standard (BS76005) for Diversity & Inclusion in 2017, and in 2021 we became the first organisation to achieve the International ISO Standard (ISO30415) for Diversity & Inclusion! A Vista career can be as enriching and progressive as you want it to be.  Without the restrictions and hierarchy of larger law firms, we are able to offer our employees variety,  quality of work and real job satisfaction at all levels.  The most senior staff don’t hog the best work or credit for themselves.

A successful career pathway in Vista is not dependent upon working ridiculous hours and nor do you have to be a full timer to hold a senior position.

You do, however, need to have a focus on giving great service to our clients, along with a commitment to your own development and enhancing yours, and Vista’s, professional reputation.

Some roles, particularly at more senior levels, will require travel in the UK, however this is planned ahead and we will always seek to ensure a balanced level of travel when it becomes necessary.

Vista will support professional training and development and all employees are able to take up relevant training courses, without prior approval, within the training scheme threshold.

We have a commitment to ‘growing our own’ talent, so we continue to develop professional trainee schemes to enable our people to progress and become professionally qualified.

Can I work from home?

Yes! We will provide you with all the equipment to get you started from whichever location you choose. If you want flexibility in the days or hours you work, that’s available too. We just have to make sure that, as a team, we can be there for our clients when they need us.

What qualifications do I need?

Any qualifications required for a role will be highlighted in the job description. Otherwise, the team will provide all the training you need to complete your role like a pro.

What training opportunities are there?

We support professional training and development, and all employees are able to (and encouraged to!) take up relevant training courses, without prior approval, within our training scheme.
