A half day workshop for circa up to 10 Company Directors aimed at meeting the IoD ‘Accountability’ principle.
Workshop Outcomes :
At the end of the workshop participants will be able to :
- Explain the importance of personal accountability in fulfilling the duties of a director
- Take responsibility for their actions and behaviours, including consequences
- Subject actions and decisions to scrutiny and provide honest and transparent feedback
- Develop strategies to foster a culture of accountability within their leadership team
