Performance Culture: Motivating People and Engaging Others
A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for effectively motivating people and engaging others. In this workshop we’ll work in groups to test motivation and explore motivation theory. By the end of the workshop your team will be well versed in identifying the actions they need to take to create a motivating and engaging culture at work.

By attending this workshop, delegates will be able to:
- Identify what motivates people …… and what doesn’t
- Describe the characteristics of engaged people and identify where they are in relation these
- Describe a motivation theory and identify where people are in relation to this
- Identify specific actions to take to create conditions that will help motivate and engage people at work
